Ingredients
For One Cocktail:
- 1 ounce white rum
- 1/2 ounce cherry brandy
- 1/2 ounce triple sec
- 1 1/2 ounce cherry juice
- 1/4 ounce Domaine de Canton (optional - see note)
For Eight Cocktails:
- 1 cup white rum
- 1/2 cup cherry brandy
- 1/2 cup triple sec
- 1 1/2 cup cherry juice
- 1/4 cup Domaine de Canton (optional - see note)

Instructions
- To make one cocktail pour everything into a shaker, fill it with ice and shake it all for about 5 seconds. Strain it into an 8-ounce glass filled with more ice.
- To make eight cocktails pour everything into a pitcher and stir together. Keep it in the fridge until you're ready to serve. Measure out 3-1/2 ounces (or 3-3/4 ounces if you're using the ginger liqueur) and shake in an ice-filled shaker for 5 seconds. Strain it into an 8-ounce glass filled with ice. Do each cocktail separately so you can make sure everyone gets the right amount.
Recipe Notes
-Domaine de Canton is a French ginger-flavored liqueur. If you don't have it, or don't want to buy it, you could make a small batch of ginger syrup and freeze what you don’t use. Mix ¾ cup sugar, 6 tablespoons of water, and 3 ounces of chopped fresh ginger in a saucepan, bring to a boil and simmer on low for 30 minutes before straining (or let it all steep until it's cooled).
