The Perfect Cosmo
The perfect cosmopolitan should be a cloudy flamingo-pink and smooth–but I like a bit of sharpness with some extra lime juice.

Ingredients

ounces
vodka
(regular or citrus)
1/2
ounce
Cointreau
(or triple sec)
1
ounce
lime juices
freshly squeezed
1/2
ounce
cranberry juice
Instructions
Ready? This is a complicated one?
Fill a martini glass with ice and set aside to chill it.
Pour everything into a cocktail shaker and then pour in the ice from the glass.
Shake the whole thing until the shaker is chilled–about 15 shakes.
Strain into the chilled glass and enjoy.
